Kinnect's mission focuses on building inclusive support networks for families, young people, and children. Thanks to all of you who helped us celebrate International Women's Day. Inclusivity is how we operate at FIT and we’re proud to foster a workplace where we support women and where we #AccelerateAction for gender equity. We recently sponsored our client Benjamin Rose at their annual fundraiser—and where our Technician Brian Stauffer was a VIP by ensuring the video and audio worked flawlessly. As part of our commitment to ensuring high standard of cybersecurity at FIT, this training platform will help us stay vigilant and informed on a continuous basis. We will also roll out this platform to our clients in 2025.   50% of our staff have already completed this, but those who haven't please look for the email from "FIT User Awareness userawareness@fittech.usecure.io" to login to the uSecure platform.    Initial Gap Questionnaire You will start by completing a questionnaire designed to gauge your current knowledge on various cybersecurity topics. The insights gained from this questionnaire will then customize your training path to ensure it is relevant and effective.   Continuous Training This platform will help us move to a continuous training model, instead of an annual training session. Each month, you will receive a short training module accompanied by a quiz that you will be required to complete. This approach will keep us updated on the latest cybersecurity practices. Spring is the time for renewal—a perfect time to focus on wellness. There are a few steps you can do now to be eligible for health premium savings in 2026 of up to $600.
